The following outlines our delivery charges, despatch times and returns policy.
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail or a suitable Courier – Charges for standard delivery.
UK and Northern Ireland – £3.95 3-5 working days)
(Orders over £60 within UK and Northern Ireland FREE)
Europe – at the moment, we are only delivering within the UK due to the current unknown future trading relationships between the UK and Europe.
We apologise for inconvenience caused and look forward to welcoming you back on line in due course.
Where products are in stock, orders are despatched within 3 – 4 working days once we have received your order and payment in full. There may be times due to local holidays or postal strikes which can affect our delivery.
Please note despatch times we give are estimates and that whilst we use every endeavour to meet them they may on occasions be exceeded. If we cannot keep within our despatch time estimates we will inform you by email if the product(s) you ordered are not despatched to you within 10 working days of our despatch time. We will give you the opportunity to cancel your order and you will be refunded.
We do hope you will be delighted with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in their original re-saleable condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
We do not have a free returns services therefore the buyer is responsible for paying any return postage costs.
However, you must inform us that you no longer want the product(s) within 14 days after receiving your order. (We suggest that for your own peace of mind you use a recorded delivery services, as no refund can be given for a lost package).

If we are not notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods a refund will not be made.
In some cases, where Royal Mail (Courier) have been unable to deliver or secure a signature (where applicable) the order will be taken to a Royal Mail Postal Office (Couriers Depot) for collection or arrangement to re-deliver. If the customer does not collect the order or arrange a re-delivery, the order will usually be returned to Arte Ideas. Arte Ideas will resend the order to the customer, at the customers expense. However, the 14 day returns policy will apply to the date that initial delivery was made, not the date of re-delivery.
Obviously where goods are faulty or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items, in which case you should notify us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
All goods will be examined upon receipt, we are sure you will understand we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened and used goods unless the product is faulty.
Following your notification to us, please then return the product(s) to us. We ask you to do this no later than 14 days after receipt of the products.
Any products that were purchased on special offer or on sale cannot be returned.
